Booking Policy, Info and Rates

- You must be 21 years of age to rent a cabin
- Discharging of Firearms on property is not permitted
- Pet Friendly cabins but must CALL FIRST, $35 Pet Fee, 2 pet limit.
- Please be aware that you are coming to stay in the middle of the woods. While we have our cabins treated on a regular basis, it is likely that you will see bugs during your stay. We will not refund your reservation if you see bugs or spiders during your stay.
- Cancellations 14 days or greater before arrival date will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 14 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival will result in the entire fee being charged to the account.
- Additional terms in rental agreement provided via email at the time of reservation.
- You are responsible for any damages incurred during your stay with us and those charges will be added to your credit card on file. We will notify you if this is necessary prior to any charges being made.
- All rates are based on two-person occupancy, additional guests are $25 per night, including children over two years of age. We do not allow additional visitors. You will be charged for any additional guests.
PRIME SEASON RATES:
(May 1 – November 16)
Sunday – Thursday: $160/per night for two people (two night minimum)*
*Extra guest fee: $25 per person/per night for each additional person, 6 people maximum.
Friday – Saturday: $185/per night for two people (two night minimum)*
*Extra guest fee: $25 per person/per night for each additional person, 6 people maximum.

OFF-SEASON RATES
(November 17- April 30)
Sunday – Thursday: $145/per night for two people (two-night minimum)*
*Extra guest fee: $25 per person/per night for each additional person, 6 people maximum.
Friday – Saturday: $175/per night for two people (two-night minimum)*
*Extra guest fee: $25 per person/per night for each additional person, 6 people maximum.
